Trust2Train was founded after a life-changing diagnosis. Inflammatory osteoarthritis made everyday tasks difficult and came with the expectation of lifelong medication. Instead of accepting that outcome, Matthew Cox rebuilt his health through disciplined nutrition, strength training, and conditioning.


That experience led to formal certifications in personal training, strength and conditioning, bodybuilding, and nutrition coaching. Today, Trust2Train exists to help others build strength, improve health markers, and take control of their long-term results.


This is not theory. It is lived experience supported by education.
