In-Person Training

For clients in Mont Belvieu, Baytown, and Dayton, in-person coaching provides hands-on instruction and accountability. Sessions focus on proper form, progressive strength development, conditioning, and goal-based programming. Whether your focus is fat loss, muscle gain, strength improvement, or overall performance, each workout is structured for measurable progress.

Online Training

For those outside the local area or with demanding schedules, online coaching provides flexibility without sacrificing structure. You receive a customized strength and cardio program, nutrition guidance, and ongoing accountability. Adjustments are made as you progress to keep results moving forward.


Distance does not limit discipline.

Nutrition Coaching

Training without nutrition alignment slows progress. Trust2Train works with clients to evaluate current eating habits and build realistic adjustments based on specific goals. There are no extreme diets or unrealistic restrictions. The focus is sustainable habits that support performance and long-term health.

Training can take place at your gym if permitted, allowing you to stay in an environment where you are comfortable while still receiving professional guidance.
