  • 1. What happens during the initial consultation?

    We discuss your goals, current activity level, nutrition habits, training history, and any limitations. From there, you will receive clear next steps and recommendations based on what you want to achieve. 

  • 2. Do you offer both in-person and online training?

    Yes. In-person training is available in Mont Belvieu, Baytown, and Dayton. Online coaching is available for clients anywhere. 

  • 3. Where do in-person sessions take place?

    Training can take place at your gym if permitted. This allows you to stay in a familiar environment while receiving structured coaching. 

  • 4. Do I need to be in shape before starting?

    No. Programs are built around your current fitness level. Beginners and experienced lifters are both welcome. 

  • 5. Do you provide meal plans?

    Nutrition coaching focuses on structured guidance and habit adjustments based on your goals. The approach is realistic and sustainable rather than restrictive. 

  • 6. What payment methods do you accept?

    Venmo, PayPal, and Cash App are accepted.

  • 7. What are your operating hours?

    Training sessions are available between 6am and 6pm.
